You’ve got a mix of pot and column-distilled rums from six distilleries across five countries – including Batavia Arrack from a distillery in Java. Ideal in a Punch.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Immediately pungent and fragrant thanks to the arrack and pot still rum. Think heavy tropical fruit, grassiness, and sweet spices.
Palate: More tropical fruit, but with a much more pronounced herbaceousness. There’s sage and rocket leaf in with the overripe banana.
Finish: Pepper lingers on through a long finish.
