Nose: Very interesting contrast going on here between some dry fruits and sweet smoke undertones, hints of charred wood, seaside rock and classic summer iodine aromas.
Palate: With the nose being so interesting will the palate be a match? On the front of the palate its tangy with a sweet peat and smoke, some pineapple like flavours, hints of dry spice and smoked BBQ meats, a dry waxy mouthfeel for a moment before a rich sweet dried fruit comes into play, Apricot, Green Grapes, Lemon, Lime and a sweet salted toffee.
