Hobart Whisky Signature 47.3% ABV 500ml

A delightfully light, easy-sipping single malt from Tasmania’s Hobart Distillery. This expression has been matured in ex-bourbon casks which let the malt-forward spirit shine through. The Hobart distillery team philosophy is to make whiskies that they want to share, and they really nailed the brief with this one.

Tasting note:

Nose: All about sweet pastry puddings, with apple pie, vanilla, cinnamon and raisins all racing to the fore.

Palate: Lots of vanilla pods with citrussy boiled sweets, pear, magnolia florals, and lots of gently warming sweet spices.

Finish: Medium length with hints of coconut.
