Bowmore Distillery was established in 1779 on the Isle of Islay. The first single malt Scotch maker on the island, it also boasts the oldest bonded warehouse – affectionately known as Vault No. 1. Waves lap up against its walls, adding a unique sense of place as the casks mature. Bowmore is known for its medium peat levels, making it a beautifully balanced whisky.
