Matured in a high proportion of first fill sherry seasoned oak casks

Nose: From a rich aroma of Tropical fruits to a nice soft toasted oak, some dark berries and a hint of polished leather, cedar wood and vanilla, some sweet fruits flow across the nose with mango and pineapple adding a rich aroma. 

Palate: A warming smooth front to the palate, lots of flavours that really add to the quality of this vintage whisky, with a fresh herbal note, some coriander seeds, blackcurrants and vanilla with crispy wafers, sweet violets, some candied citrus peel, salted caramel.
