Matured in classic oak casks former bourbon wood then a finish in Jamaican rum cask
Nose: Creamy notes with some soft summer fruits like banana and melon delivering a smooth fresh rich nose.
Palate: Some earth woody notes add a great deal of depth to the opening of the palate, some sweet smooth fruity notes flow over and over again to deliver a big tasting dram. Dark fruits with a hint of candy and pineapple with sweet spices and a creamy mouthfeel at times.
A lingering finish with some spice, and toasted oak.
