This delicious 12 year old from Glentauchers is another addition to our very own Soho Selection. This bottling is limited to just 251 bottles and was matured in First Fill Manzanilla Hogshead, reracked from a refill Hogshead in November 2020. It sits at 56.3% ABV and was bottled on 06/02/23.
Tasting Note:
Nose: Clean, poised and citrusy with buttery baked apples with demerara sugar.
Palate: Distinctly waxy with sharp fresh ginger, fresh malt, lemon drizzle cake and salted caramel crunch.
Nose: Distinctly Palo-Cortado – dry but with hints of figs and burnt butterscotch.
