Nose: sweet with a slightly tannic herbal aroma, soft minty and a little dry spice.
Palate: Minty freshness on the front of the palate, with a soft medicinal note, caraway seed, sweet eucalyptus, with a rather nice hint of soft citrus and more herbal notes like basil add a nice mix to the palate.
