A warming and enveloping mid palate with a touch of soft tangy citrus, packed with notes of resinous liquorice; clear honey, pine resin, salt and lemon. Mid-palate, fresh peach. and rich aniseed and soft lemon sorbet, a tangy spice takes us to a lingering rich late palate of milk and dark chocolate and a rich pungent Islay note as the dram finally heads to the finish.
