あまり知られていないグレンスペイ蒸留所の 1989 年蒸留酒をボトリングしました。このエクスプレッションはシングルリフィルホッグスヘッドで熟成されましたが、興味深いことに実際に樽内アルコール度数が増加しました。結果？ウイスキーのアルコール度数は 65% に達しましたが (より「近づきやすい」60% に減りました)、収穫されたボトルはわずか 114 本でした。きっと暖かい倉庫だったのでしょう！
