Tamnavulin 33 Year Old Finn Thomson 50.7% 70cl

An exquisite release from Speyside distillery Tamnavulin released by independent bottler Tamnavulin. Distilled back in 1991 and filled into a refill hogshead, this is described as an ode to the original style of Tamnavulin, which was closed from 1995 to 2007. New equipment was sourced for its new era, meaning this light, bright, malty style has been lost to history. Tasting notes from the bottler include honey, brown sugar, and cereal nuttiness. A real gem that highlights the importance of distillery character.
