 Boiled sweets 

Immediately powerful and bold. Rhubarb and custard and pear drop sweets spring from the glass.

 Dried apricot 

The waxy and creamy palate holds pear, dried apricot and almond notes, lifted by a cinnamon zip.

 Peach & Melon 

Cinnamon doughnuts and custard cream biscuits build out the texture, with peach and melon arriving later. 

 Cream soda

A medium finish with more black pepper, a subtle leafiness, and lingering cream soda notes.
