Royal Brackla 21 Year Old Highland Single Malt - 40% - 70cl

This is a very elegant dram indeed with a nice balance between the 3 sherry cask styles used to mature this highland single malt. 

Nose: Very fruity with a rich sweet syrup and fruit sponge aroma, some hints of forest fruits, cinnamon and red berries. 

Palate: Summer pudding with a soft spice and red currant dressing, some vanilla and honey add a rich mid tone to the palate, creamy milk chocolate, soft baked fruit cakes and summer berries with a touch of black pepper and fudge.
