Tasting Note
Nose: Seaside bonfires with an umami edge, strawberry tart and salty caramel.
Palate: You really get the PX sherry influence here. Rich stewed red fruits, Christmas cake and sticky toffee give way to Island smoke.
Finish: long and lingering, this is big malt that packs a punch.
