Nose: Sweet dry fruits with the richness from the tawny Port cask, some soft warming embers, and dark fruits, salted toffee and rich berries, toasted oak, crisp seaweed, and pink pepper.
Palate: A rather rich and flavoursome opening on the front of the palate, deli smoked meats, ginger and spices, dark fruits like blackcurrants, damson, red plumbs and treacle toffee, sea salted dark chocolate with dates and cracked peppers.
A rich and lingering finish with some fruits and coastal tones throughout
