Nose: Lightly charred oak, with a honey and citrus aroma, soft tropical fruit notes like mango and papaya, tangy aniseed and soft but building sweet smoke. 

Palate: A creamy note with some contrasting rich notes of smouldering and building smoke, Parma Violets, toffee, citrus and heather honey, with candied lemon and hints of soft baked sponge, mellow spices and rich coastal notes, great balance right to the lingering finish.
