Nose: The first aromas are sweet and citrus, some creamy vanilla and honey, hints of root ginger and a little all spice with soft chewy toffee 

Palate: A creamy citrus note with a farm house butter note, with a rich smooth malty mid palate, candied orange and lemon peel, some spiced flow in and around the palate complimented by a rich peppery note, a lingering rich and smooth palate with a few twists and turns along the way.
