This blended malt from Campbelltown has been finished in sherry octave 

Nose: A rich deep nose with an abundance of classic Campbelltown overtones on the nose, earthen floor bonded warehouse richness, some salty notes with dark berries and summer fruits, some soft sweet pepper and chocolate notes. 

Palate: Some honey and dark fruits with a touch of sweet smoke and truffles, dry oak and leather notes, some raisins and dark chocolate, candied orange and burnt wood, toffee and coffee beans.
