In the UK we use Parcelforce to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible. Standard deliveries typically take 2-4 business days.

We offer free delivery on orders over £100. For orders under £100 we charge a flat rate of £4.95 for standard delivery (2-4 business days) and £6.95 for express delivery (1-2 business days for orders placed before 11am).

The great news is that we can ship to many countries! Our logistics partners operate using ‘zones’, outlined below. Rates also depend on the weight of your order. The best way to get accurate shipping costs is to use the checkout tool.

A note on tax and customs charges. You won’t pay UK tax on international orders, but you’ll likely be charged local duties and customs fees. These are calculated separately, and are payable by you when your order enters your country. You’ll be contacted directly by Customs. We don’t know what these charges will be. This process also applies to gifts.

If you’re concerned, it’s best to contact your local customs organisation for advice before placing an order.

Transit times are 2-11 business days.
