Dies ist ein echter London Gin, der über dem Portobello Star in Notting Hill London hergestellt wurde. Der Gin wird in London unter Verwendung von 9 Pflanzenstoffen destilliert
Wacholderbeeren, Lakritze, Muskat-Zitronenschale, Bitterorangenschale, Koriandersamen, Angelikawurzel, Cassia-Rinde und schließlich Iriswurzel.
Das Geschmacksprofil dieses Gins ist sehr geschmacksintensiv und reichhaltig Wacholder Beerennote, einige würzige Noten wie Orange und vielleicht ein Hauch von Limette und Zitrone sorgen für eine köstliche Note frische Zitrusfrüchte Aroma, Bitterorange und Koriander, im Abgang finden wir eine süße Pfeffernote, die den Gin am Gaumen noch mehr hervorhebt.
