Ja, der ikonische Hersteller von Bitterstoffen stellt auch Rum her! Dies ist ein erfrischend leichter Blended Rum aus Trinidad. Aromatisch und hervorragend zum Mischen geeignet, reifte er fünf Jahre lang in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern. Die Brennerei verfügt vor Ort über eine Reihe von Kolonnendestillierapparaten zur Herstellung verschiedener Rumsorten. Der Betrieb reicht bis ins Jahr 1824 zurück.
Nase: Leicht und dennoch buttrig, gibt es eine pikante Zitrone, Kokosnuss und Vanille sowie Nelken und andere süße Gewürze.
Gaumen: Viele üppige tropische Früchte, darunter perfekt reife Banane, Mango und ein Hauch Papaya. Es gibt auch zarte Muskatnuss.
Beenden: Etwas kürzer, aber sanft gewürzt und wärmend.
