Nose: Lots of rich fruits coming through, Plumbs and Dates with a sweet hint of figs and pepper, with a vanilla and orange adding to the great range of aromas, almond paste and orchard fruits, soft cocoa and runny honey. 

Palate: With a rich mouthfeel as soon as this bourbon arrives on the palate, lots of soft and creamy notes including golden caramel and whipped fudge, fresh baked cookies, apple pie and cinnamon. The finish is a lingering long smooth flavour of soft fruits, creamy soft hints of citrus and warming sweet spices. 

An excellent bourbon.
