A very exciting bottling here from English whiskymaker White Peak – this ex-bourbon and STR-cask matured, lightly peated whisky is its very first to be released with a refill bottle! Visitors who bring their empty Caduro bottle back to the distillery for a top-up will get a discount. Very green!

Tasting note

Nose: Lots of orchard fruit with white chocolate, rock confectionery, marshmallows, marzipan, popcorn and fudge.

Palate: Darker confectionery this time: liquorice allsorts and chocolate orange come through first, followed by fresh cigar smoke and tea cakes.

Finish: Long with marmalade on toast and a wisp of smoke.
