Matured in ex-bourbon and STR oak cask  

Nose: With a subtle fruity smoke and sweet peat, pineapple and honey, toffee popcorn and candied orange and hints of spices and sweet grasses, orchard fruits with a little fresh baked fruit cake.

Palate: Cherries and almond, with fresh light golden sponge cake, bolder and sweet spices, some cinnamon and baked apples, with a mix of rich milk chocolate and citrus flowing into the finish of soft smouldering embers with red fruits and nutmeg, vanilla and tangy nectarines, soft spices.

A fantastic rich dram full of rich and tempting flavours.
