Rabbit Hole Boxergrail - 47.5% ABV

Inspired by the local boxing culture in Louisville, Kentucky, this 95% rye packs a flavoursome punch. It’s made using slow-toasted barrels to pack in the creaminess from the oak. The results are thick and mouth-filling, making this an ideal rye for sipping and mixing. 

Tasting note:

Nose: Rich, dark and warming, there’s all the rye spiciness you’d expect along with milk chocolate, caramel and pencil shavings.

Palate: Bold, round and rich, there are suggestions of tobacco and fresh mint leaf in with vanilla pods and even black tea. 

Finish: Medium length with more oak spices and hints of fruitiness.
