An incredibly exciting independently bottled release here from Little Brown Dog – it’s a Nc’Nean STR cask! Nc’Nean has been making waves in Scotch whisky for a while as a disruptively innovative, sustainability-focused producer – and it makes wonderful whisky, too. It’s bottled at cask strength, natural colour and with no chill filtration. A chance to taste Nc’Nean’s distillery character!

Tasting note:

Nose: Super fruity but with a pleasing dryness: there’s red berries, magnolia, gentle spices and a sweet confectionery note, too.

Palate: Peach comes to the fore, along with butter, hedgerow berries, caramel, ice cream wafer, and a crisp greeness. 

Finish: Medium length with more red fruits.
