Known as the Beast of Dufftown, Mortlach is a powerful Speyside single malt, bursting with all manner of meaty, tropical fruit and earthy notes. This release is no different – and it’s particularly special. Released by independent bottler Sansibar to mark its 10th anniversary, it’s a well-aged, sherry-matured single cask. Sumptuous and rich, it’s the perfect winter sipper. 

Tasting note:

Nose: Earthy coffee and coconut underpin heather florals, grapefruit peel, and Marmite on toast notes.

Palate: Bold and powerful with more of that Marmite savoury quality. There’s barbequed meat with dried herbs and tropical fruit.

Finish: Long and earthy.
