Nose: Red apple skins, soft polished leather, strawberry and waxed paper, a little spice and dark honey, quince and cooked meats, with a nice rich fruity notes that grows as this dram opens. 

Palate: Smooth and fruity notes opening up the palate, with a nice rich turkish delight and soft chocolate, spiced damson and mulberry and ripe pear skins, some toasted almond and dark honey, a little hint of chocolate and soft ginger, a smooth and balanced finish that opens into a rich creamy spice.
