Matured in Cognac, 1st fill, American oak barrel saturated in Olorosos sherry, American Oak barrel, Raspberry wine casks, Swedish Oak barrel, Ex-bourbon barrel.
Nose: Nice balance of fruity notes, some rich citrus and vanilla, dried peaches, hints of sweet, charred oak, toasted almonds, sweet prunes and damsons, candied orange.
Palate: A bold and smooth vanilla and dark chocolate add a contrasting richness to the front of the palate, with a touch of brandy snap with fresh baked gingerbread and soft spices, sweet and ripe pears, green apples and tangy fresh grape and soft caramel.
