Matured in 1st fill Bourbon, freshly saturated Oloroso sherry cask, Virgin American and Swedish oak with a smoky tone.

The worlds first whisky AI made whisky, with the guidance of the master blender always on hand to make sure the process kept taste and quality first and foremost.

Nose: Fruity with some hints of soft citrus, crisp pears and tangy apple notes, with a nice mix of light golden honeycomb, soft vanilla and creamy butterscotch to round the aromas off nicely

Palate: Rather smooth and creamy opening to the palate, vanilla and hints of creamy lemon and orange fondant, soft caramel chews, red currant and soft strawberry like sweetness, hints of black pepper, slowing growing rich and balanced smoke, some tropical fruits, mellow charred oak and toffee, a little more smoke and softer juniper, mild spices.
