Gleann Mòr Spirits is back with another Rare Find bottling! Here we’ve got a single malt from an unnamed Lowland distillery, matured in refill sherry casks for over a decade. It’s been bottled at natural cask strength with no added colour or chill-filtration.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Thick and dessert like, with treacle, dark chocolate and red cherry lifting a hay-like maltiness.
Palate: Liquorice comes through alongside toffee apple, hazelnut, dark chocolate and ginger biscuits.
Finish: Medium length drying into sweet spices.
