This is a bold and rich expression of the legendary Laphroaig Single Malt.  

This expression has had a long journey from Scotland to the USA then off to Italy before finally arriving back in the UK. 

Nose: Smoke and dry peat smoke opening the nose, hay lofts and smouldering oak staves, a touch of herbs, some pepper, parchment and waxiness aromas. 

Palate: Lots of coastal notes, with a little mineral and dry roasted nuts, building smoke and peat, salted caramel and bonfire toffee apples, long smoke and peat finish that evens out to reveal a rich and mouthcoating toasted fruit cake.
