The signature Isle of Raasay Single Malt.
Nose: Sweet honey and hints of summer fruits, some light coastal aromas, salted caramel with some white truffle, hints of sherried oak and red grape.
Palate: A great tasting from of the palate as the dram opens in the glass with hints of winter fruits, light coastal iodine, honey and sweet spices with a touch of warming spiced vine fruits, light peat and dried apricots.
