Nose: Sweet and rich with a heap of fresh baked fruit cakes and soft ccinnamon, dried spices and a little hint of pepper, some vanilla and soft notes of chocolate.  

Palate: A rich and lingering start to the palate of toasted waffles, creamy vanilla and a soft buttery biscuit with milk chocolate, buttery, baking spice and cinnamon buns with a touch of brown sugar.
