Nose: Ginger and citrus oils on the front of the nose, coastal smoke flows in with a rich dark tobacco leaf aroma and lemon, cigar box and hints of dark tea leaf, candied orange and sweet syrups, dates and malt bread, some buttered soft toasted bread, and a fresh minty aroma.

Palate: Rich autumnal fruits, red apple and ripe pears, sweet, rounded smoke, citrus notes of lemon and orange, ginger root, demerara sugar, spice and strawberries with a touch of cracked pepper, sweet dates, red berries and embers smoke, baked apple and crispy honeycomb leading to a nice spicy rounded finish.
