A very interesting release from the team at Cadrona, Matured in First Fill Quercus Robur oak cask’s 663, 678, 671 & 685 with a seasoning in Pinot noir wine cask. 

Nose: Vanilla and rich berries, red currant’s pomegranate and soft melon with a touch of dark toffee and dried citrus fruit peels with crystallised tropical fruits.

Palate: toasted sesame seed brittle, damson with toasted brioche and dark sweet wafers, a touch of glazed doughnuts and dried banana, with a little time in the glass more rich smooth layers come forward with a stunning rounded finish.
