Bunnahabhain 23 Year Old 1998  Adelphi 53.5% / 70cl

Matured in refill oloroso sherry casks

Nose: Lots of dark rich fruits, damson jam, strawberry cheesecake, soft fig's and ripe Dates, some dark coca and hints of soft coastal candy floss.

Palate: Incredibly smooth on the front of the palate, some peach and pear, dark fruits add a rich complex mid palate that just seems to go on and on with taste, as this dram opens in the glass a rich and bold fruity flavour develops with dark plumbs and red grapes, some soft iodine and gentle hints of toasted coffee beans.
