口蓋e: 大胆でありながら滑らかで、スパイスの効いたリンゴのヒントを伴う熟しすぎたバナナ、鼻からのトフィーとバニラが口蓋中央に流れ、柔らかいピートとスモークが押し通しますが、決して圧倒されたり、あまりにも長い間、塩水タフィー、トーストしたオーク、甘いフルーツケーキのヒントがいくつかあります。
