Αυτό το ουίσκι Bourbon ξεκινά ως ουίσκι 3 κόκκων και στη συνέχεια μουλιάζεται για 2 μήνες με απανθρακωμένη λευκή βελανιδιά Βιρτζίνια και ξύλο μήλου Βιρτζίνια. Στη συνέχεια το παλαιώνουμε 4 χρόνια σε δρύινα βαρέλια.
Μύτη: Τραγανές νότες καραμέλας, λίγο μπράντι, ξηρό μπαχαρικό και μια νότα από δέρμα, καπνό και μέλι.
Ουρανίσκος: Απαλές νότες από την αρχή, λίγο σκληρό καραμέλα, γλυκό δαμάσκηνο και μαλακοί χουρμάδες, με μια πινελιά σοκολάτας και γλυκό σύκο, χρυσή κηρήθρα και απαλά καλοκαιρινά φρούτα.
