This is a very unique spirit made from Dasylirion (Sereque chihuaha ) a kind of Yuka, the plant grows mainly in northern Mexico and in the south west of the USA
The plant takes around 12-15 years to grow before it can be harvested ahead of the distillation.
Nose: A rich and rounded aroma with a balanced line of sweetness and natural organic fresh citrus notes, lemon and lime with a creamy floral note.
Palate: With a creamy front of mouth feel on the palate to start things off, some mineral notes add to a dry sweet spice edge, some vegetal notes, pears and almond.
