Nose: Red berries and a sweet dark oak, smoke and dark chocolate, some smoke coming through with a dry spice and red currant tone.
Palate: Some rich dark chocolate notes, rich fruity spiced sponge cake, dried raspberries and dark plumbs, with ever building smoke and soft peat notes throughout the dram.
A superb Wine cask, packed with taste.
