CAOL ILA 7 Y/ O ENTRE DEUX MERS – 60.0%

Nose: The delicious salted, smoked/peaty scent emerges in the glass along with a well balanced vinous sweetness from the cask, the aromas just keep growing in a nice way, some salted dark chocolate and dark fruits abound on the nose. 
Palate: The peat across the palate is balanced with sweet smoked fruits, The cask adds a whole level of tastes as the sweetness of the wine cask emerges, A subtle peat is replacing the more forward notes from the opening of the palate, Dark fruits and some spiced figs and Damson's add a sweet wine note to the rich and indulgent finish.
