Tri Carragh have bottled this delectable 14-year-old from a secret Speyside distillery. The liquid was matured in a 2nd fill sherry hogshead cask and is limited to 305 bottles.
Nose: Blackberries and redcurrants followed by tropical fruits. A little water brings out a buttery, confectionary side.
Taste: Croissant with butter and raspberry jam. More tropical fruits follow with a hint of orange peel on the end.
Finish: Red fruit with a lingering tannin note.
