Aged for 17 years in a single refill bourbon barrel with no caramel colouring and non-chill filtered at 57.6% ABV.
Nose: Tropical fruits, hint of dark chocolate and lemon zest.
Palate: Lemon tart with vanilla custard, orchard blossom, honey comb and hints of grapefruit.
Finish: Tropical notes linger with a touch of drying coco powder.
