Palate: A softer creamy mouthfeel opens up to some almond and vanilla, new season golden honey, some tangy flavours arrive like fresh cut lime, soft soy, hints of mint sprigs and a touch warming spices, as we head into the finish of ginger root, sweet spices and herbs mixed with a creamy toffee.
