Nose: Sweet and tangy fruit notes, with springtime cut grass, hints of creamy nutty aromas bump into a sweet rhubarb, dipping plumb sauce, chilli noodles, orchard fruits.
Palate: A softer creamy mouthfeel opens up to some almond and vanilla, new season golden honey, some tangy flavours arrive like fresh cut lime, soft soy, hints of mint sprigs and a touch warming spices, as we head into the finish of ginger root, sweet spices and herbs mixed with a creamy toffee.
The team tasted so many things in this it would be a novel fitting them all in, this shows how this sprit can react with different palates so amazingly well.
