This is a silver Rum from Martinique.
Nose: A genuinely nice opening to the nose, Interesting with herbal notes, cardamom, caraway, pepper and soft springtime floral notes, some rich citrus notes add to the complexity of the aroma.
Palate: As complex as the nose was the palate is all that and more, but this time we open with a fresh cut mint, orange and touches of vanilla, liquorice root, ginger and a touch of stone fruits, jasmine, herbal notes, and a lingering tangy finish.
