Speyside single malt distillery Tormore is celebrated for its dashing good looks (it’s stunning!) and its smooth, light and fruity flavour profile. This release, from independent bottler Murray McDavid, brings all this goodness to to the fore. Distilled in 1995 and aged for 26 years in oloroso and PX sherry casks, it’s rich without being cloying, and expressive without being domineering. It was disgorged in 2022, with 632 bottles released and natural colour without chill-filtration.
