Nose: With great age comes a great aroma, lots of creamy dark caramel, golden soft fruits, some sweet honey and delicate spices, the sherry cask has added such a rich decadent aroma its far too tempting. 

Plate: Rich fruit cake and a delicate hint of Ganesh line the front of the palate, sweet warming dark fruits and fresh cream, black berries and Bakewell tart. Let this dram do its thing in the glass its absolutely perfect, with an added layer of milk chocolate and candied orange this dram is perfection in a glass.
