100% Agave is fermented in the open air in wooden tanks, distilled in copper Pot Stills
Nose: Some cracked black pepper, sweet and tangy citrus with a hint creamy farmhouse churned butter, some springtime grass, sweet floral notes and a little dry spice.
Palate: Some refreshing tones on the front, almost minty at times, with a little peppery note that leads to a rich and tempting citrus flavours of Orange and lime, creamy lemon and rich balanced earthy and spice notes throughout
