Nose: Sweet organic notes, autumnal forests, dried berries and hints of ginger, caramel and some very subtle spices.
Palate: A classic smooth and creamy texture on the front of the palate, smooth caramel and candied summer fruits, golden honeycomb biscuits, some soft creamy citrus and fruit cake with a sweet crispy short crust pastry.
